Disrupting Linearities
Fall '18
In an effort to rebuild memory and the senses, Disrupting Linearities reflects on architectural explorations around digital world integration in the design of space and environments. Throughout this project the world is structured around sound localization and the relationship between context and memory. As the participant works their way through a new environment they are forced to work through endlessly repeating spaces using only auditory wayfinding as they try to reconstruct a memory devoid of context.

The project is a product of the Inception Studio utilizing Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute's CRAIVE Lab. In 2021 it was showcased in Protoscapes by Carla Leitao at the 17th Venice Architecture Biennale.
